All parcels come with tracking.

As of now, we do not have a physical shop for you to pick up your orders at. However, we are open to exploring alternatives such as self collection @ POPStations. Please email us to enquire more: hello@caseoffeelings.com

You can track the status by keying in your tracking number here (for domestic registered orders) or here (for international orders). You can find the tracking number in the shipping update email that has been sent to you previously.

All parcel deliveries will be sent to the recipient’s door. If no one is at the address to collect the item, our parcel ambassadors will attempt to contact the recipient to make alternative delivery arrangements, including getting consent to leave the item at the door, or arranging for a re-delivery.

Processes might differ based on the representative local parcel couriers of each country.

You won't be able to amend your delivery info for an order once your order is placed. Fret not, drop us a message and we'll do whatever we can to help!

Just a heads up - shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments but we promise we'll always try our best to minimise this.

If we're too late and your order's delivered by the time we relay your request to our delivery partners, we may not be able to retrieve it. So contact us ASAP if you need to make amendments, we don't want your order to land in the wrong hands!

Amendments or cancellations can't be made once your order's been confirmed.

We always want to make sure your order's delivered to you as quickly as possible, so it's sent for processing as soon as we confirm it.

Please give us a chance to fix this - drop us an email at hello@caseoffeelings.com within 30 days from the date of delivery with the following information:

  1. Your Order Reference
  2. The product name of the item ordered
  3. The product name of the item you received - if applicable
  4. Description of defects - if applicable

Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible on the next steps to take.

 

Unfortunately, we do not allow exchanges or returns for other scenarios.
